MLS welcomes applications year round for fixed term contract work, subject to availability. Positions are generally both full and part-time although may offer variable hours.
Successful applicants will be qualified teachers of English by certified training or professional experience as described under British Council accreditation requirements.
Remuneration is in accordance with current College teaching rates available on application.
Interviews are typically held at the College premises in Bournemouth.

Safeguarding Policy Summary
At MLS our prime responsibility is the welfare and wellbeing of all the students in our care. It is the policy of this College to provide a secure and safe environment, enabling each person to experience a full and productive study experience with us.
All members of staff who come into contact with our students have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of all and in particular regard to those under the age of 18 and adults who may be vulnerable. All international students, for whom English is a second language, and who are living in an unfamiliar culture, may at times be exposed to situations where they are vulnerable. We ensure that all our staff are familiar with and follow procedures for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all of our students. All staff have induction training which includes child protection policies and procedures. Our staff are aware of possible signs and symptoms of people at risk and are provided with guidance on this.
